If you don't have your own web site, here is your chance to get your art out to the world.
If you do have your own website, you will increase the chances of visits to your site.

Notes:
Artists who wish to upload art must abide by the conditions set out above.
Please read and consider these 5 conditions.
If you are prepared to abide by the conditions set out here, you can register.
Registering:
Click on "Upload your art for free here".
Enter a user name and a pass word.
Click "Send Registration.
Registering allows you to take ownership of your art pages and uploads, manage them etc.
Uploading:
Log in from "Login" on the menu bar top or bottom on the "Soul Food " page or the "Upload Your Art For Free" page.
When you have logged in, "Soul Food" is the default tab. From here you can proceed to upload your work.
Enter the title of your work.
Enter a brief description of your work.
Select a category, then a sub category by clicking on the "+" sign, then transfer the selected category to the right using the tripple arrows.
Next, use the browse tab to select your work.
After selecting your work (file to be uploaded), scroll down to tick the "I accept the conditions) box
Finally, click on the "send" tab and wait for your file to upload.
When uploading has finished, you will see that the file has been uploaded.
Now log out, and go check your file.
If you wish to edit your file, log in again and go to the edit box.
